We provide an estimated delivery date for each ceramic item in your shopping cart based on the shipping address you select. Below are the estimated processing and shipping times for all orders:

Standard Shipping

Free Shipping on orders of $60 or more.

Shipping Fee: $10 for orders under $60.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, shipping generally takes 6–12 business days.

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days from the date of order.

Note: Order processing and shipping times apply to all products on our website. For special urgent orders where you need to receive your ceramic items by a specific date, please contact our customer service in advance. We will prioritize the production and shipping of your order. Please be aware that external factors like bad weather, holidays, or strikes may affect delivery times.

Receiving Time

Receiving Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.

How Will I Know My Order Has Shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your ceramic items are ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process before they are dispatched. Once you receive the confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We accept orders from the United States. Our primary carriers are USPS and DHL, and the order processing time remains the same. All orders are shipped from China to the United States. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
